7 days, 5 lbs, detox! Let's Go!

I have literally been trying every method of weight loss to expedite myself to my goals! I have lost a total of 10 pounds, however, it's taken a long time! I have been doing it the right way... eating really healthy and exercising. That is truly the ONLY way to do it. Staying motivated is becoming harder and harder. I'm not at my goal weight. I've got 10 lbs to go.

So while browsing on Pinterest, I came across a detox recipe. Lose 5 lbs of water weight in 7 days. Sure, it's just water weight, but if this works, I think it will motivate me to work harder and harder. This is a Jillian Michaels recipe.

Today is day 1.. let's see how it goes.

Here is the recipe:

60 oz od distilled water.. I'm just using filtered tap water 1 tablespoon of pure cranberre juice.. no sugar and no concentrate! 2 tablespoons of lemon juice...no lemonade..pure lemon juice. I'm using the mini plastic lemon bottles for this part. 1 dandelion root tea bag... these are hard to find so go to Whole Foods or Sprouts for this

I heated up the tea and poured it into my water mixture. Drink this for 7 days. I split it into 2 30oz water bottles so I can take it to work.
